Transfer vehicle ownership after a sale
Seller files Form 29, buyer files Form 30 with the RC, insurance and PUC.

Steps

The seller reports the sale in Form 29.

The buyer applies in Form 30, after booking an online slot.

Attach: the original RC, valid insurance, a PUC certificate and the fee. If the vehicle comes from another registering authority, add the NOC (or the refusal order, or proof that the NOC was applied for).

Pay the transfer fee online.
