An integrated textile park at Shayampet (Geesugonda mandal) and Chintalapalli (Sangem mandal), Warangal district. The Prime Minister inaugurated it virtually on 10 May 2026 as India's first functional PM MITRA Park. It has a zero-liquid-discharge effluent plant, a 10 MW solar plant, a common boiler and worker dormitories.

Warangal's IT companies are mostly at Madikonda, beside the TSIIC IT/ITES SEZ (operational) and the government IT Incubation Centre opened in 2016, with more offices in Hanumakonda. STPI has worked in Warangal since 2001. Staff numbers below are from when each office opened.
