Rythu Bharosa

Earlier called Rythu Bandhu

Who can get it: Farmers with cultivable land recorded in Bhu Bharati and an Aadhaar-linked bank account.
What you get: Rs 12,000 per acre per year: Rs 6,000 each for the Vanakalam and Yasangi seasons, paid to your bank.
How to apply: Automatic for recorded landholders. For problems, contact your Agriculture Extension Officer (AEO) or Rythu Vedika.
Status: Running. Vanakalam 2026 payments were released 30 June to 4 July 2026. (confidence: High)

Indiramma Indlu (housing)

Earlier called 2BHK Dignity Housing

Who can get it: Houseless poor families, or families with a house site but no house, selected through Praja Palana and the Gram Sabha.
What you get: Rs 5 lakh, paid in stages as you build your house.
How to apply: Praja Palana application, then a survey on the Indiramma app, then the Gram Sabha or ward list. Follow up with the MPDO or Municipal Commissioner.
Status: Running. About 8 lakh houses sanctioned in two phases plus 1 lakh urban (Sep 2026). (confidence: High)

Mahalakshmi: free bus travel

Who can get it: All women, girls and transgender persons living in Telangana.
What you get: Zero-fare tickets on TGSRTC Palle Velugu, City Ordinary, Express and Metro Express buses within Telangana.
How to apply: No application. Show a local ID such as Aadhaar to the conductor.
Status: Running since 9 Dec 2023. (confidence: High)

Rajiv Aarogyasri

Who can get it: Families with a white ration card.
What you get: Cashless treatment of up to Rs 10 lakh per family per year at network hospitals.
How to apply: Go to the Aarogyamitra desk at a network hospital with your white ration card or Aarogyasri card.
Status: Running. (confidence: High)

Cheyutha pensions

Earlier called Aasara

Who can get it: 11 groups: elderly, widows, persons with disabilities, toddy tappers, weavers, filaria and dialysis patients, single women, people with HIV, beedi workers and beedi thekedars.
What you get: Rs 2,016 a month for most groups.
How to apply: Through Praja Palana, Gram Sabhas or Prajavani. Verified by the MPDO or municipality and sanctioned by the Collector.
Status: Running, about 41 lakh people. The Sep 2026 new enrolment is open to 7 groups only; senior citizens, people with HIV, beedi workers and thekedars are left out of this round. (confidence: High)

TG ePASS scholarships and fee reimbursement

Who can get it: SC, ST, BC, EBC, minority and disabled students in post-matric courses, within income limits (generally Rs 2 lakh a year for SC/ST; Rs 1.5 lakh rural or Rs 2 lakh urban for BC/EBC/minority).
What you get: Tuition fee reimbursement plus a maintenance scholarship.
How to apply: Apply or renew every academic year on TG ePASS; your college verifies it.
Status: Running every year. Delays in releasing dues have been widely reported. (confidence: Medium)

Indiramma Atmiya Bharosa

Who can get it: Landless agricultural labour families identified from rural job-scheme records (at least 20 days of work, no land).
What you get: Rs 12,000 a year per family, in two instalments of Rs 6,000.
How to apply: No application; families are identified from job-scheme records.
Status: Launched 26 Jan 2025. Payments in 2026 not confirmed. (confidence: Low)

Mahalakshmi: Rs 500 LPG cylinder

Who can get it: White ration card holders with an active home LPG connection who applied in Praja Palana.
What you get: LPG refill at an effective Rs 500, for up to your 3-year average number of cylinders.
How to apply: Through your Praja Palana application, linked to your gas agency and ration card.
Status: Launched 27 Feb 2024 and funded in the 2026-27 budget. No 2026 payment report found. (confidence: Medium)

Gruha Jyothi (free power up to 200 units)

Who can get it: Home electricity users with an Aadhaar-linked white ration card who applied in Praja Palana and use up to 200 units a month.
What you get: Zero electricity bill for up to 200 units a month.
How to apply: Through Praja Palana, linked to your service number. Problems go to TGNPDCL or your MPDO / ward office.
Status: Launched 1 Mar 2024. Believed running; no 2026 official confirmation found. (confidence: Medium)

Kalyana Lakshmi / Shaadi Mubarak

Who can get it: Brides aged 18+ from SC, ST, BC or EBC families (Kalyana Lakshmi) or minority families (Shaadi Mubarak), with family income up to Rs 2 lakh.
What you get: A one-time Rs 1,00,116 paid to the bride's mother.
How to apply: Apply on TG ePASS; verified by the Tahsildar.
Status: Believed running; 2026 payments not specifically confirmed. (confidence: Medium)

What you get: Free fine rice per member per month at ration shops.

Who can get it: Unemployed SC, ST, BC and minority youth.
What you get: Subsidised self-employment units of Rs 50,000 to Rs 4 lakh.
How to apply: Applications were taken in 2025 on the OBMMS portal.
Status: Stalled: about 16 lakh applications, no money released as of mid-2026. (confidence: Medium)

Rythu Bima (farmer life insurance)

Who can get it: Farmers aged 18 to 59.
What you get: Rs 5 lakh to the nominee if the farmer dies.
How to apply: Was automatic through the AEO.
Status: Lapsed in Aug 2026 after the premium was not paid. A family life insurance scheme has been announced in its place. (confidence: Medium)
